I spent over 25 years in the Air Force and I know it takes special skill to build and maintain effective teams. My experiences in all of these areas sent me on a growth journey to help others, and over the years I did what it took for me to be able to help others be successful in these areas of their life. I am a certified John Maxwell Speaker, Trainer, and Coach, who specializes in the Maxwell Method of DISC. I am also a certified Four Lenses Personality Inventory Facilitator, a certified Master Resilience Trainer, Certified Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Trainer. Issues, I've got you covered!
