I didn't seek out podcasting, podcasting found me! It's true! A little over a year ago, an engagement led to an interview on resilience, which led to a guest spot on a podcast, which landed me a permanent co-host spot! Now, 12 months and 3 podcasts later, I am officially a podcaster! Although I am the co-host of Sanity Check w/ Seth and Kamille, and the Lioness Lair w/ Kristal and Cary, this is a place where I will post all of my most intimate thoughts and ideas on various subjects.  Yes, I am a podcaster, but I also have purpose!
