I am a retired Air Force Veteran and certified Master Resilience Trainer and Facilitator, who has taught resilience skills, to include Gratitude, to over 50,000 military, civilian, contractor personnel, religious organizations, and private organizations. 

Over the last 25 years, I have been the go-to for writing various types of correspondence for other people, and in 2018, I became a first-time author. My second book was published shortly after, and my career in writing began. I am now a full-time writer and editor, and I conduct writing workshops to help people get their book ideas out of their head and into their hands in the form of a manuscript or published work!

I am the CEO of Created to Lead Coaching and Training Company.  In my line of work, I provide training to approximately 250 local organizations and over, 1,300 personnel, annually. 


I love to begin each day with gratitude, and today is no different! I am passionate about gratitude because it has helped me refocus and be grateful for the people and things I still have in my life, even while dealing with the loss of my son.  I am especially grateful that you have decided to join us on this journey to unlock the magic of gratitude in your life.
